REAG/GARP 2.0: “Affidavit of indigence” available

From now on, the so-called “Affidavit of indigence”, with which the applicant affirms that he/she is indigent, is available for download in the download area of ReturningfromGermany under point 1.1.9. The form for the affidavit of indigence is only to be used if no benefit decision or other proof of indigence can be provided. In such a case, the document must be completed, signed and attached to the application in the OAM by every adult who is to leave the country voluntarily as part of the REAG/GARP 2.0 application.
